Goulburn Motel NSW Tourism
PPD acquired a run down motel in a heritage listed building of 1888 construction. The business and the building was turned around with the assistance of an experienced management team and effective building work on behalf of PPD.
The motel is now leased on a long term basis and the once aged heritage building is now a spectacular work of Goulburn history.

PPD purchased a set of 3 retail shops in the heart of the historic town of Milton in 2001.
PPD improved the building and gained sub division approval for the vacant land at the rear of the site.
In December 2006 the entire site was sold in one line to a local developer who will further improve the town linking this property with their development at the rear.
